Yay, I finished another WIP! 
And it took me a hell of a lot longer than it was supposed to. 
This is Ioan Gruffudd. It's pronounced something like 'yo-an griff-ith' I think.
Well, something vaguely similar. He's Welsh. Silly un-pronounceable Welsh names. But he has a really lovely accent, and is just sooo sweet. 
However, no amounts of sweetness can make up for the hell I went through trying to stay sane while drawing that scarf-thing of his. *twitch*
Stuff I used:
Black charcoal pencil, white charcoal pencil (for his hair), tortillon-thing, putty eraser, normal eraser, ref. pic.
